Returns & Refunds – Quick Summary

You have 30 days from receiving your order to return items.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, and the security tag must still be attached.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items can be returned at any time within 30 days, and the tag/unworn rules don’t apply.

For EU customers, you have a 14-day statutory right to cancel, even if you’re outside the 30-day window.

Exchanges are allowed if the item meets the same condition rules (except for faulty items).

Some items cannot be returned unless faulty: custom products, perishable goods, personal care items, hazardous materials, and gift cards.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

You may be responsible for return shipping, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
